Cancellation Policy

At Charday Esthetics, your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, please review our cancellation policy: • Cancellations & Reschedules: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. • No Shows: No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total and may require full prepayment for future bookings. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee will apply. One-Time Courtesy Pass We understand that life happens! All clients are granted one free pass for a late cancellation or no-show. After that, the above policies will apply.
